A personalised item cannot be reuturned or refunded but if there is an issue with your item please contact us and we will replace or refund the item for you.
Should you wish to return an item which is NOT personalised please contact us within 30 days of the sale of purchase. We will then send you our return details.
Items damaged in the post should be reported to us within 48 Hours of receipt.
