Before contacting us:
Please check all personalisation details carefully before ordering, including spelling, capital letters and character limits. Personalised items are embroidered to order and cannot usually be changed once production has started.

Personalised Christmas is an online business.
We do not operate a retail shop and we do not accept customer walk-ins or visits.
All orders must be placed through our website and are delivered directly to customers across the UK.

During busy Christmas periods, replies may take a little longer, but we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
