For personalisation, please note:

• 10 Character Limit - Each stocking can accommodate a name up to 10 characters long.
• No Emojis - We can accommodate most standard characters including accented letters such as ó and á. We cannot embroider any emojis or symbols.
• Avoid ALL CAPITAL Letters - We strongly recommend avoiding the use of all capital letters, as this can negatively impact the font size and overall appearance. Using all capitals is done at your own risk and we will not offer refunds or exchanges on stockings embroidered in this way.
• Name Size Variation - Names of different lengths will be embroidered to the maximum height or width, whichever comes first. For example, a stocking with "Rob" and another with "Christopher" will have names in different sizes. We cannot accept returns for names that appear in varying sizes due to this process.
