Guidelines for Personalisation:

• 10 Character Limit - Each stocking allows for a name of up to 10 characters in length.
• No Emojis and Symbols - We accommodate most standard characters, including accented letters such as ó and á. However, we are unable to embroider emojis or symbols.
• Capitalisation - To ensure optimal font size and appearance, we strongly advise against the use of all capital letters. Please be aware that choosing all capitals is at your own discretion, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for stockings embroidered in this format.
• Name Size Variation - Names will be embroidered to the maximum height or width, depending on the length of the name. For instance, stockings with names like "Rob" and "Christopher" will display varying font sizes due to this process. Please note that we are unable to accept returns based on size differences resulting from this embroidery technique.
