Delivery Information

At Personalised Christmas, every personalised item is embroidered to order. We understand how important quick delivery is, especially during the Christmas season, and we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch most orders within 5 working days.

During very busy periods, especially in the run-up to Christmas, dispatch may take slightly longer. Please note that dispatch time is the time it takes for us to make, personalise and send your order.

Delivery time begins once your order has been handed to Royal Mail or the chosen courier.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Free on personalised Christmas stockings and Santa sacks.
• Other items: Standard delivery is £3.95.
• Standard delivery service: Royal Mail 2nd Class, usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: £4.95, usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Choosing express delivery speeds up the delivery service once your order has been dispatched, but it does not always reduce the time needed to personalise and prepare your order.

Christmas Delivery

During the Christmas season, please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Recommended last order dates may be displayed on our website closer to Christmas and may change depending on order volume and courier performance.
